totxt.ai provides file conversion and AI-powered text processing services. Users may upload audio, video, image, and document files. The service transcribes, transliterates, translates, and summarizes uploaded content using automated processing tools.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must have the rights to upload and process any files submitted to the service. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

3. Accuracy of Results

Generated results — including transcriptions, translations, and summaries — are produced by automated AI systems and may contain errors. totxt.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated output.

4. Service Availability

totxt.ai is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

5. Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions provide increased monthly usage limits. Limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused flows do not carry over to the next period.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to abuse or misuse the service, including attempting to circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer the platform, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
