Refund Policy

1. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if the service was not substantially used. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The monthly usage quota has been fully or substantially consumed
  • The refund request is submitted after the 14-day window
  • The account was suspended for violation of the Terms of Service

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current period.

4. Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
